Antoine Mouteau is a Frenchspeaking journalist based in The Hague. He essentially covers Benelux and Scandinavia’s news for the european tv broadcaster ARTE. He works as well as a Netherlands correspondent for the French national and international radio broadcasters France Info, France Inter, France Culture, Radio France Internationale, the Belgian RTBF, the Swiss RTS and several Frenchspeaking newspapers such as Courrier International, Le Soir, L’Express and Ouest-France.
Antoine grew up in the French Dunkirk close to the Belgian border and started to learn Dutch at the age of 16. Before going to the Toulouse School of Journalism, he studied for 3 years Dutch litterature, civilization and language at the German University of Duisburg-Essen. His favorite topics are politics and society.
He speaks fluently Dutch, German, English and has some basic knowledge of Danish.
